We’re looking for a dedicated and knowledgeable Support Representative to join our call center team and assist clients in navigating our software with a focus on school financials.

Job Description

We are hiring a Help Desk Representative to work on a team of technical support agents. This customer-focused team plays a pivotal role in customer retention and providing the highest quality of user experience.

Responsibilities

  • Identify customers' needs, clarify information, provide direct support or guidance while assisting clients

  • Answer incoming phone calls and ticket cases and see to their final resolution

  • Escalate issues to another department

  • Log all customer phone calls in detail

  • Consistently demonstrate effective personal performance and problem resolution

  • Demonstrate knowledge and expertise of the software

Preferred Qualities

  • Willingness to work on a Team of agents

  • Take pride in your work

  • Experience in a Technical Support or Customer Service role

  • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software and software changes

  • Strong technical ability and basic computer knowledge

  • Exceptional typing and email drafting skills

  • Ability to prioritize and manage time

  • Close attention to detail
