We’re looking for a dedicated and knowledgeable Support Representative to join our call center team and assist clients in navigating our software with a focus on school financials.
Job Description
We are hiring a Help Desk Representative to work on a team of technical support agents. This customer-focused team plays a pivotal role in customer retention and providing the highest quality of user experience.
Responsibilities
Identify customers' needs, clarify information, provide direct support or guidance while assisting clients
Answer incoming phone calls and ticket cases and see to their final resolution
Escalate issues to another department
Log all customer phone calls in detail
Consistently demonstrate effective personal performance and problem resolution
Demonstrate knowledge and expertise of the software

Take pride in your work
Experience in a Technical Support or Customer Service role
Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software and software changes
Strong technical ability and basic computer knowledge
Exceptional typing and email drafting skills
Ability to prioritize and manage time
